7:15 at night, only 2 registers open. I have 13-items; I'm stuck behind a lady buying $250 worth of groceries. of course while I am in that line, they open up the express line. 15-minutes later (my register person had to go to another register to log off before she could log into my register,) I'm still in the $250 line. My cashier didn't say, "hello," didn't say, "thank you," didn't make eye contact.
It's always a pleasure shopping at Publix. The workers are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't shop any where else.
I really love shopping here, great customer service but specifically my complaint is with the sushi prep. The recent servings are smaller with less wasabe and cali rolls fall apart.
