Very inconsistent. Some workers are helpful, others are not. I sent different packages at different times and they will leave some on the door step, others they require a signature. Same shipping method, same recipient. The last encounter was with a black lady and she was rude and acted like she could care less about our mail. The post man left a note stating we had to come to the post office to pick 2 packages. Go to pick them up on Saturday and the lady said they weren't there and she didn't have the combo for the safe. Didn't know where our packages were. Why do you even work there? I second the worst post office in the state comment left by another reviewer.
Have ordered several packages that came through here. I had one that was a present for someone and was supposed to been delivered today but sat there all day and no says it won't be delivered for 2 more days
Truly wish Hampton Cove would be under Huntsville PO rather than OXR PO. The service there is slow and inconsistent. I won't begin to discuss rudeness as it's been stated enough already. This area is growing way too fast for this little po-dunk PO to keep up with. Maybe the USPO would get another ZIP code for Hampton Cove itself.

My mail carrier worked overtime to get my over-sized package delivered in a second load (Great Job) despite a poor location, poor management, and third-world country facilities...... The 7AM tracking notice said undeliverable, container full but my mail carrier delivered anyway..... (Great Job)
