Nice, clean, friendly store. Subway located inside for a easy lunches and I've never had to wait in a line, not even at 3 PM on Black Friday.
DO NOT bother trying to get information over the phone OMG! I tried calling different departments can never get an answer from any one of them constantly transferred back to the operator who sounded like I was interrupting her. Very unprofessional. She told me she couldn't transfer me..? I finally ask for the manager after about 20 minutes of the run-around and listening to the phone ringing. The manager answered with just hello..? Being the manager I would have expected a more professional answer ie hello this is (name) the store manager how can I help you? I also felt like I was interrupting her as well. I asked her for some simple information. She then put the phone down and started shouting directions to an employee. I felt like the store was being run by teenagers.
What can I say.. Always a go-to place for anything from A to Z.. Love Wal Mart! Good value.Good prices!
I can always get in and out quickly with their order online, then pickup system. Love it!! Saves me time and money, and with being disabled, it has been a God send for me.
Becky in the sporting goods,was not very nice. My daughter and I walked up to counter,and she was talking to two other employees,and all three completely ignored us. When the ladies in automotive told her she had customers,she immediately started being short and smart with us. Did not appreciate her attitude at all. Her name tag read,Becky,dept maneger... She needs attitude adjustment!!!!
